Terms of Service
Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Radier platform, website, and services. By creating an account or using Radier in any way you agree to these terms. If you do not agree please do not use our service.
Your Account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Radier. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contato@radiergroup.com.br if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.
What You Can Do
You may use Radier to build, run, and manage automated operações for your personal or business use. You may connect third-party tools and canais digitais to your Radier operações. You may invite team members to collaborate on operações within your account. You may export your data and operações at any time.
Your Data
You own your data. Everything you create, upload, and process in Radier belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your operações, data, or integrations.
You give us permission to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Radier service to you. We never use your data for advertising, AI training, or any purpose other than running your operações.
Payments and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on the option you select. All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for annual plans.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle we will apply a credit to your next invoice for the unused portion of your current plan.
If a payment fails we will notify you by email and give you 7 days to update your payment details before suspending your account. We will never delete your data without giving you the opportunity to resolve a billing issue first.
Integrations and Third-Party Services
Radier connects to third-party tools and canais digitais on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party service connected to your Radier operações.
When you connect a third-party tool to Radier you are agreeing to that service's own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those terms before connecting any service to your operações.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Radier after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
If you do not agree with any changes you may cancel your account before the new terms take effect.
